Stephen J. Moore Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Multifaceted real estate professional with 25+ years of real estate development and construction expertise, having successfully led multi-million-dollar projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Stephen’s expertise covers the full lifecycle of real estate development, including land acquisition, entitlement negotiations, financing, design oversight, construction management, and lease-up/stabilization. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, collaborative partnerships, and relentless focus on execution. Clients contact Steve when they want honesty and results.

- Managed and delivered more than 3350 units and $650M in development and construction volume.

- Proven success with structuring complex financing deals, including 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD credit enhancement, New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), County Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Agreements, and various public-private funding models.
