  • A preservation project ensuring housing stability for older adults, saving 100 seniors from displacement
  • Developed in collaboration with Prince George’s County and HUD, and worked in concert with Prince George’s County inspector to ensure resident safety
  • Financed with investor equity, State, HUD, and Prince George’s County resources
